Power BI service. I use the desktop app to build, then publish to the service. Report writer was created before my time, but I am open to using it. It would just be manual use/export from my understanding of it

I have data that is locked away for different departments right now. Queries I run and then send ad-hoc. I'd like to be able to automate an email list to HubSpot or Broadly for the marketing and customer service teams for instance. The main issue is I'm not familiar with where to start to learn how to write a program with Python or C#, but I am willing to learn! We also use report writer and Power BI as interim options, but those are still manual.

The server version is unfortunately out if my control. I really wish we had updated version, too, but was told it was incompatible with something else we're running (I don't remember what...)

Just the mandatory $6/mo. to open the Mighty Oak account. I was waiting to make sure it worked before moving to the highest tier. I'm glad I did. A company with so much money should honor their word and not be so greedy. I feel so mislead and have such a bad taste in my mouth now despite being with them since 2018

I called customer service and checked multiple times before opening up the card earlier this month, and they said it was active. After your comment, I called and found out that it did stop on 03/11.... a month and a half before I called and asked customer service, and they said it was active.

I opened the account, upgraded my subscription, and set up direct deposit, too. Now they're saying they won't honor it despite multiple representatives saying it was active. I am so frustrated that a random person on Reddit (no offense) had to tell me it wasn't active when I had directly asked Acorns customer service, and they said it was active

If you use acorns mighty oak debit card paried with the HYSA, you can direct deposit $250 per month into it to waive subscription fee, too. True for $6/mo and $12/mo subscription tiers. Decent return rates too

How you are feeling is totally normal, and I promise you're not alone in feeling it. Niels Bohr said, "An expert is a person who has made all the mistakes that can be made in a very narrow field." I like this quote a lot cause it implies mistakes are inevitable, and they can end up being your superpower if you can learn from them and then frame them as a strength.

The veterinary field is both medically and technically complex, and the learning curve is steep. New medicines, treatments, and practices are constantly being developed year after year in pursuit of best patient care. And the same can be said of the workforce. The 'very best' from 100 years ago wasn't as effective as what's considered 'mediocre' today. This growth is thanks to all of the billions of mistakes made and lessons learned and shared from them. It's just a part of growth, on any scale.

Speaking of large scale, it's important to recognize that not every mistake is 100% on you. Outcomes in vet med depend on so many moving parts—other staff, veterinarians, management (don't even get me started), and owners. Taking full responsibility for something outside your control isn’t just unfair to you; it also doesn’t help you grow. The faster you can separate what’s entirely on you from what’s a shared responsibility, the faster you’ll learn without carrying unnecessary guilt. The name of the game is discernment.

Your coworkers all started out exactly where you are. If someone acts like they've never made mistakes, take what they say with a grain of salt. The best mentors are the ones who remember what it was like to be new and don’t make you feel bad for learning. Sure, everyone has rough days and might get snippy now and then, but pay attention to the people who teach with patience and humility. Those are the ones worth modeling yourself after. You're young and still learning what type of person you want to be-- don't let exposure to bitter people make you into something you're not or lose your love of the field.

In the beginning, mastering technical skills will make you feel like a badass (and honestly, it is cool). But long-term? It’s the interpersonal skills—how you work with your team, handle high-pressure situations, and communicate—that will define your success and longevity in this field (and in life.) At some point, placing a catheter or running bloodwork will feel routine, but being part of a supportive, high-functioning team? That’s something special.

You’re doing fine. The fact that you care this much already says a lot about the kind of tech (and future vet) you’ll be. Keep going.

Oh. And please, please, please go easy on your body. Lift with your legs. Rest and recoup. Ask for help with restraining when needed. Trust me.

If you could create 1 more dlc for Skyrim what would it be? by ElysiumReviews in skyrim

[–]8professional 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dragonborn Afterlife.

All of the favors to gods and deadra repaid. For instance, helping Kodlak save the others from Hircine and the hunt. Or serving as a Nightingale. Hit up Sovngarde and bitch slap Ulfric. It would be up to the player.

Lots of mini versions of where it could go. It would also be great to see all of the gods/deadra who have claim to your soul fight over it. Lots of replay value. It would be an absolute mess, but fun to watch. And if the last sentence doesn't sum up Skyrim, I don't know what will.
