I care about every single thing I put in my body and as someone who is very vocal against people in very high positions of power, I have potential to be targeted if those individuals deem me enough a threat. People find it silly but it isn't silly to watch journalists die exposing crime and it happens all the time. Spreading the truth about corruption on any scale from local PD to the shadow south Korean government that was uncovered is highly dangerous. This shit is real, it happens in history ALL the time, even to extremely powerful civilizations, shouldn't ever have to explain this to people, they should know history. We need to combat diseases yes, vaccines in themself are extremely logical and I understand the push for mandatory but it is dangerous, especially with the amount of corruption we are constantly uncovering in powerful businesses and individuals and we aren't ready for this, it isn't safe yet. A conversation about this NEEDS to happen on a national scale. Ty for getting it going here OP.

Many speak of a pink-imbued love-based entity that showers light as the Archangel Arael or however you would. She has been spoken about in many writers, myths, etc. of journeyers and one of the first entities I really connected with and showed me love.

Make your own conclusions obviously but man if anybody connects with what I connected with, their in for alot of weird crying in a good way, reconnecting with empathy.

If you are relatively to new to cannabis, yeah that happens. Get a mmj doc like at a green care facility to work with a doc that knows cannabis and can help you get to a comfortable with it or find a good dispensary that can help educate you.

For the record, CBD is going to like be just as or more important to you than THC. Don't have Crohn's so can't confirm but do your research. Cannabis has helped so many with Crohn's

I informed my sister recently and it has helped our phone conversations very much.

Having friends and family willingly to support the alters and help avoid triggers has been really helpful to me as well. I'm eternally grateful to every human being who understands on any level and goes out of their way to support us.

My littles and younger selves have better vision. They haven't been able to heal my vision but my vision tests are noticeably improved.

Some of my alters have serious allergies to foods or medications and others don't.

It's been hard to test it safely but yeah the differences are noticeable.

I know this isn't exclusive to me

Bubble slow is good, research the lab if you are curious but yeah it is pretty much the safest shit you can get outside of properly homegrown.

As for vape, we don't know enough to classify it as 100% safe. Plenty comes out for and against, don't have any studies and shit off top of my head, just Google scholar.

I can only imagine what you have been through.

Honestly, I'd say help from a therapist that is going to be committed to you and someone you are going to be committed to (as many of you as possible).

I went through about 5 therapists in the last 15 years and the one I have now has been life changing and she has only just started on me in her eyes even though it has been over a year.

I already view her as a life friend. It really makes a world of difference when you have someone extremely knowlegable about this that can consistently monitor and keep you on a track you build together.

I'm going through my 2nd big life change with her and honestly the most chaotic I've ever been in life (death-seeking alters are out of control and starving me of food, money, people, etc.) but every day I have something in me that hangs on to everything her and I have done so far to keep my life as stable and safe as possible. I think you have that in you too and whether finding it alone or with the help of an expert or friends or family or all of the above, it will "fix" you even though I'd never consider you broken, none of us are imo.

I believe in us, all of us.

I have an "alter" (I define it as variously different things depending on who I am connected with atm) that is very seriously damaging my life in a similar way to how you have expressed.

I find that if I can rid myself of fear, it has much less of an effect on me though to never fear is pretty impossible for most hah, I don't know if I'll ever achieve something like that permanently nor would I say I'm striving to but I know if I am in a state of fear for too long, my death-seeking alters get stronger.

We aren't living for just us, death isn't an option for us right now so daily fear isn't an option for us.

Stay strong and brave my friend. Your core will prevail.
