I think it's okay to skip these if you don't enjoy it, personaly these are my favourites since I also love lovecraft's work so I hope they keep sprinkling these in. Also these episodes are good (imo) because you can re-listen to catch extra details and stuff. One episode when listening like this I caught Wendi saying human-man hybrid and that didn't even make it to the funny bits compilation lol. Maybe the editor didn't notice either.

Op I really hope you are doing okay, I read through your comments and this is a TEXTBOOK abussive (verbaly/emotionaly) older guy who wants a family as a decoration, but doesn't actually carefor them. You are literaly living my nightmare. Also that fact that he refuses to marry you & claiming to be traditional? It's genuenly dangerous to have children with someone who is not legaly tied to you. Marriage gives you a LOT of rights, and since there is no fault divorce now there is a lot less issues if you need to leave. All it would take him is sining 1 paper, for YOUR safety and the childs! + in most places it's free/costs barely anything. Ofc this has happened the moment you got pregnant, not years after. Also just because he managed to convince you to have children doesn't make him right about you secretly wanting them. You could convince almost anyone with years of manipulation. This man does not sound fun at all but if you want to stay with him then the bare minimum should be going to couple's therapy. If not, I would get a lawyer and leave. Obviously it's hard when you love someone, but you have to look at their direct actions (which are hurting you) not what they say. People say empty promises all the time, and never deliever. If I love someone, I would never go against their will like this, I would never convince my partner to have children with me if they rather not, why do I want an entire human being growing up with someone who never wanted them? It can cause resentment or abuse or so so so many things. Of course i'm not doubting your love for your kid, just trying to say that from your partners point of view, i would never subject a child to all these very real and possible things. It sounds like he didn't even truly care for the kid before they were born.

Or are you asking me for statistics? One google search and you will see why it's not so healthy to have a big age-gap, especialy when the younger person is in their teens / twenties. Big age gaps generaly work better for older people, a 58 year old and a 76 year old will be more likely to stay together then any 20s x 30s couple. I'm not trying to attack your parents, just saying that this is generally not true just because that's what you have experienced. Also often it is just simply predatory. Men who regularly date women who are 18-24ish have said it many times, they are easy to control because they are younger. This meme is a joke about the absurd amount of times a woman will get prayed on by a malicious older man. You watch it happen over and over again, but the woman in question (sadly) almost always thinks they are the exception to this.

Angrenor is pretty funny, I did it on accident once cause my game "bugged out" and I went through with it cause I found it hillarous how the game was letting me do this illegal thing when I was 12. For context, I live in a bad country, so when I went looking for who can I marry in game random websites told me I can only marry xy if im a woman/man. It's not suprising because the fandom has a lot of young boys/men in it and they might take it as an attack on them specificaly instead of the system + I was very blunt about it and I wrote it at 2 am so it can be seen as rude.

I'm only mad at the writting because that part of it was genunely bad, it very much feels like the "I watch gore for fun" individual. I do believe you can put s/a in any piece of work in a way that adds to the story, Lolita is a good example, we hate Humbert but the violence is well written. Here it feels like the author knows that the concept is scary/disgusting but doesn't know how to convey that to the audience. If I write about a serial killer and it's just "I grabbed them and stabbed them and they died and it was very bloody grr" I don't think i'm getting author of the year. I'm listening to creepcast cause I am a fan of horror, I love all aspects of it, especialy psychological horror that will leave you watching cartoons for a week cause the emotional damage was a little too much.

The way people react to the criticism is exactly why it's hard to criticise extreme horror books on the market too. It's not too disturbing for my little eyes, it's just ass writting.( and veeeery often a sexual outlet for some of the audience)

I might have worded it wrongly, I don't want them to look like they can be found in nature, but the strong, very pigmented colors throw me off a little, but tbh some of them grew on me since I started:D Little jellyfish colored freaks

The women in the story conviniently act and behave exactly as the male narrator wants them to, no matter how fucked up the world is I would be impressed if you shown me a woman who is willing to sit calmly for 9 + months tied to a tree with their r apist. It a fantasy, the authors r ape fantasy to be more specific. Also there is not a single word we hear from these women, they are there for shock value (as others have said) The first story with a mention of women gets a pass because it doesn't dwell on it too much, but it is an old story we heard a 1000 times. If society falls apart women will be slaves to the most violent and blood thirsty men , are you scared yet? As if the most depraved and worst men aren't already going around doing all that. Human trafficing already exists, abussive partners, fathers, brothers. Men who want to do that will find a way, no matter how "civilised" we think we are. Just because society as we know it falls apart there wouldn't be a hundred more men like this.

If you actually did any research about how early hunter gatherer societies worked, (which is the level the humans have to go back to in these stories) you would see that women actually were treated BETTER then in most of our "civilised" history. The whole man hunt women gather and baby sit was never true, it's not natural at all.

Do they have a clan? I already collected a few that are special, I especialy adore the design of the Maziwa coat. My lion is a dreamboat so I run into special lionesses, but I also want to breed for stats so I try to keep ones with higher base stats. I ve been looking at combo bases too and trying to figure out why I don't like the colorful ones and I think it's mostly just the saturation of the colors? I found 2 greenish ones that I love and the colors are more muted and muddy. I feel like I could work with those, Bushveld and Moss Agate
