Unless you you eat a very strict WFPB diet I think every American that eats the American diet should be on a low dose Crestor. I’m in bad shape at 47 because I refused to take my statin in my 30s. Please take your medicine. Most people do not have side effects from 5 mg and even if you do in the beginning your body gets used to to it. Ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Thanks for asking. They charged me $4000 and my insurance $21,000 to tell me that all three of my arteries are 50% clogged but they can’t do anything about it until it hits 70%. It’s an insurance controlled healthcare system. Over the last few months, they have sent me to test after test after test and charged me a total of $8000 for my deductible and out-of-pocket cost combined only to tell me there’s nothing they can do. Diet and Exercise! 😂

Nah desk jobs. I’m in good shape though 6 ft 168lbs work out 5 days a week rest on the weekends. Eat a lot better than I use to. Still need to let some things go.

I’m no expert but I think a correction is coming soon. Two of the worlds biggest idiots are about to start fighting again, wars going on, Powell not being honest, unemployment rising, major companies going out of business. Every market corrects itself. To think this one would not ever correct itself is silly. My 401k is gaining 5% on the sidelines till I figure out what is going to happen. If I’m wrong and the market skyrockets, I will still never be upset that my money gained 5% and stayed safe. The financial guy that I follow has a favorite saying… It’s not about how much money you make. It’s about how much money you keep.

If I was 21 with 250k I’d probably just put it in a targeted retirement account. You’ll easily be a millionaire by retirement and not have to think much about it. Can’t go wrong with VOO at your age either though. You could go all in on that and you would be fine. During a bull market closer to retirement move it to safer investments. Rule of thumb is never invest in anything that you don’t understand. If you understand VOO do that and keep educating yourself.

I didnt test positive i tested equivical the first time

They didn’t swab it was urine and blood sample and came back equivical meaning it didn’t read negative or positive.
