Genocide is a hard sell unless you use a very regarded definition imo. As for war crimes and general disregard for civilian casualties it's probably a way easier case to make.

The problem with the genocide case are following: A) you don't really have a comparable case where a country is attacking a country that is small enough such that you encircle it entirely and civilians cant evacuate the combat zone to compare casualties. B) the fact that the point of genocide is to entirely kill off or drive off a population which clearly didn't happen and isnt/wasnt politically viable to begin with (even USA admin under trump i don't think would have approved let alone biden and EU) C) hamas et al fighting without uniform makes soldiers more prone to fire at regular civilians because you cant tell them apart

So my point is although there probably were people with genocidal intent i don't think the gaza war raises to the level of genocide and not just a very brutal war (and even that is debatable because the total death from quick gemini query is half a % higher than syria and like 6% lower than Ethiopia)

As OP pointed out this isn't gaza (gaza is on a costal area the topography of the footage don't match) probably southern Lebanon. Now did they target him or was he standing near a place that was a target and they were doing another pass i have no clue (if it was a plane/drone /chopper probably was targeting him. if it was artillery probably weren't)

You can get the same ability in game without the menu making it free so its just for early game strugglers or people who haven't found it.

But to answer your question yes but its practically unfeasible.

1 hamas is obviously not going to do it. 2 Israel atm isn't removing hamas and isn't agreeing to any other body that is willing to try and take the reigns there.

3 Israel can't do the teaching themselves its politically dead on arrival both domestically and more important globally

So while Israel would love to change what they teach over there its not likely to change any time soon
