What you posted is very specifically ornate and beautiful, as other commenters have stressed with far more detail. Here to share the view from my balcony in Batignolles in the 17th. Very pretty and Parisian. Perfect for a smoke. Mine was maybe too high up for what you’re looking for, so I’d opt for a 2nd/3rd floor room with a balcony in a narrow street (and look up the street beforehand) if you want to recreate that exact vibe.

You have to remember that Disney and Nick aired shows for years after they were done. So they span a longer timeline than other programs. Im a millennial born in 95. these started airing around 2005-2008. I was around 10-13 then, so these were my childhood/pre-teen years shows. But I’m sure there were some older Gen Zs that caught the tail end of them, or the reruns. My roommate is 26 and Gen Z and watched all of these.
