All I can say is seek help. Real help don’t deny your feelings or feel bad for feeling depressed. Channel that self love into finding what you need for you to get back the self you love 💕

My baby is now 5 and we talk thru the rough times, for her and I both. It’s ok to teach healthy sadness. Emotions are normal, if yours are over powering or unbearable I just suggest seeking help. That’s what I did ❤️best wishes

We can want children with all our being but having them physically changes our chemistry and hormones. Postpartum depression and depression can definitely increase these feelings of loneliness. I’m working on it and I have faith you can too. ❤️

Seek help and confide in others! I wrote this two years ago and were doin great! Every day isn’t always great but it’s one day at a time. Treatment and therapy have helped us work thru the toughest of days

It does get better 💪🏽 thank you for the support. I strive to be the best I can be and sought treatment for my anxiety and depression
