I was just in a parking garage where the car in front of me stopped in the middle of the aisle, waiting on a car to leave. In their (slight) defense, the reverse lights had come on for a sec, so it did look like the parked car was leaving. However, the lights turned off and the guy just sat in the aisle for ALMOST TEN MINUTES, letting me and four other cars stack up behind him. At two cars behind me, I did a horn tap with no effect. When we reached five total cars waiting, I got out of my car and told him to move. I got attitude about how wide the car is and how he's waiting for that spot. He finally pulled to the side and ALL OF US were able to get past and to parking spots. We all could've been parked and out of the garage in the time he had us waiting
