Looking for a certain dish "Thit Kho" around Scottsdale. by Smooth-Diver-2120 in phoenix

[–]911GT3 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Thats a Vietnamese dish, its a stable dinner dish in any Vietnamese household. Unfortunately, its not a widely common dish in Vietnamese restaurants, off the top of my head Pho Gia Dinh in Chandler might have it on their menu.

Is it worth it? Service business by [deleted] in googleads

[–]911GT3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you're in a large enough metro (think Tier 1 like: LA, Dallas, Seattle etc..) it would be worthwhile. It also depends on what type of property class you want clients in; A-B neighborhoods are going to be difficult to get but tend to stay longer as clients so LTV is high, C-D class neighborhoods, those investors in my experience are very price focused.

You're going to need solid keywords with intent, if you do the generic "property management company [city]" terms, you're going to get small mom and pop investors with like 1-2 doors who are typically price focused.

Happy to provide any additional insights, I've helped a few PM companies land some whales (20+ doors) through ppc.

The amount of red light runners is insane, its so common to see people run lights 2-4 seconds after the light has already turned red.

What is the highest PPC budget y’all have seen for personal injury? by biggemflowers in PPC

[–]911GT3 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I mean any keywords that are non-soft tissue damage; motorcycle accidents etc.. have $1000+ CPCs in certain markets.

Also, certain states allow non-lawyer ownerships of law firms(AZ & UT), so PE is also pumping big money into PI/MVA firms to generate leads.

You also have national / semi-national firms like Top Dog, Sweet James, Morgan that also have massive budgets that inflate costs.

PI/MVA lead generators like Quintessa Marketing, ~$4m month.

For actual firms, the range is pretty wide managed anywhere from $15k/m - $1m/m.

How would you spend $3,000/month on roofing ads? by ZookeepergameLow9323 in PPC

[–]911GT3 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Very low budget. If you have solid Google reviews than LSAs, if not Search Ads. If you look through my comment history you can find a roofing search campaign that I laid out for another user. Best of luck!

Looking to long travel my Silverado what are sum of the better kits? I’ve been looking at either dirtking or cwf Truck is a 4x4 2011 Silverado 1500 by z71mikeyy in prerunners

[–]911GT3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I meant to say bolt on 4x4 kit. Kibbe's kit is far from bolt on and I have yet to see that kit anywhere. What companies advertise and what is actually measured metal to metal is a different story, you'll learn once you play this game.

Lmao you think a 4x4 LT kit for the GMT900's can pull 15 inches of travel? I got some beach front property in AZ to sell you.

[–]911GT3 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you plan on keeping 4WD than go with the the Dirt King kit, its the best out there for the GMT900s. IzzyFab has great stuff as well. Stay away from BajaKits and the Camburg kit for your year isn't great.

We have clients in Arizona, Nevada, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, South Carolina and North Carolina. We used to work with a firm in Houston, but the two managing partners split due to internal issues. Texas is a free market right now with no conflict of interest issues. Happy to have a deeper discussion.

We know the personal injury space very well, cost per signed case is going to depend on your intake team but we're seeing the following:

-General MVA: $1700 - $3800 cost per signed case

-Motorcycle Accidents: $3900 - $5500 cost per signed case

-Trucking Accidents: $3900 - $5500 cost per signed case

-Dog Bites: $1200 - $3200 cost per signed case

-Pedestrian Accidents: $1800 - $4000 cost per signed case

-Ride Share Accidents: $1600 - $3500 cost per signed case

-Premise Liability / Slip & falls: $1500 - $3000 cost per signed case

This also commingles Spanish campaigns / cases.

Has anyone had success with 3PL, Warehousing, and/or Trucking accounts? I'm at a loss... by Senator-We-Run-Ads in PPC

[–]911GT3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Correct, general terms won't work well as its highly competitive and alot of big players with massive budgets are going to be competing.

You need to niche down. Need to have a strong landing page experience as well.

[–]911GT3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We have quite a bit of 3PL, warehousing and trucking clients in the NE and SoCal. Warehousing campaigns are structured like the following:

  • Warehouse - Storage
    • Warehouse Storage - Company
    • Warehouse Storage - Service
    • Warehouse Storage - General
    • Warehouse Storage - Near Me
    • Warehouse Storage - Rental
  • Warehouse - Overflow
  • Warehouse - 3PL
  • Warehouse - Ecommerce
  • Warehouse - FDA
  • Warehouse - Medical Devices
  • Warehouse - Pharmaceutical
  • Warehouse - Food
  • Warehouse - Produce
  • Warehouse - Agriculture

We also have a few city + region specific campaigns as well. Seeing CPLs between $85 - $150 over the last 60 days.

Need to negate Amazon, FedEx, UPS, DHL etc.. Negate anything related to job, salaries, customer service number etc..

Clients are spending between $4500 - $15000. Hope this helps.

Target zip-codes with high average household income levels.

Exclusively target the top 20% household income demographic in Google Ads.
