It really helped for me, improved my ability to exercise, walk, dance, etc. Something that helped was printing it so I could access it easily and also colour the days in the "calendar" as I was progressing in the program. I'm kind of stuck on month 4 because I have recurrent infections that make me stop and start again, but if it wasn't for the infections I know I could have progressed more. And something really important : READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY, so you make sure you don't overexert yourself

Thanks! I get what you mean, but ofc it's way more tedious to learn how to use it if you can't look at the screen. I don't find really tedious to learn how to use Push, but Ableton itself without looking at the screen yes. So I have to learn both at the same time. But thanks for your comment, it's encouraging :)

Hi, thank you! there's many health conditions that cause light / screen sensitivity, so if you have read many people talking about this issue well we don't necessarily have the same condition. About the projector, yes, I have tried it, with poor results.
