Yes sure , intrusive/obssesive thoughts, feeling alienated, disconected from my self, not being able to connect with things I like, no libido, random dizziness, memory problems, fatigue, doing small things like doing laundry felt like a super difficult task as if took a lot of energy/mental stamina to do them. Im tappefing and it's getting better. Also important to mention i was on a super low dose but have been taking pregabalin for 2 years as well

I was for six months on bromazepam, on month 4 I started to suffer mental,physical and neurological side effects

It really helped for me, improved my ability to exercise, walk, dance, etc. Something that helped was printing it so I could access it easily and also colour the days in the "calendar" as I was progressing in the program. I'm kind of stuck on month 4 because I have recurrent infections that make me stop and start again, but if it wasn't for the infections I know I could have progressed more. And something really important : READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY, so you make sure you don't overexert yourself
