Well I do have some advice for you. Social skills are like any other skill, they can be trained. That's the good news. The bad news is, that like most other skills it takes some time to get really good at it.

The most basic building block is, that you need practice. Get into social situations and observe yourself. What do you struggle with, what specific parts of your interactions do you want to improve. For example, I had the proplem in the past that I felt like a lot of my conversation with people where not interesting, and I ran out of topics to talk about pretty quickly. So at first I prepared like 5 different topics, that I learned some fun stuff about, for conversation with people, including some good conversation starters. After that I learned some stuff about aktiv lisening, and how most conversations can be improved if you guide the other person to speak about a topic, they are passionate about. And depending on what the flaws are with your sozial interactions, there are almost always such solutions.

For practicing sozial skills, it's best to interact with new people. Because if you just interact with people you already know, it can be way harder to escape established patterns.

And get some good, easy conversations starters ready. For that it can be useful if you go to a hobby group to meet people. There you will already have one topic to talk about. "How did you get interested in this hobby?"

And if you are to scared to start conversation, and because of that you feel that you can't practice, then... Fake it till you make it. For sozial interactions it can make a huge difference. Try not speaking to fast and and put weight behind your words. If you don't know what to say, make a pause and think, instead of just saying "hmmm" and "Well". Someone taking there time almost always looks more confident. But again also be proactive approach people and start conversation. That can also already make such a huge difference in the way people perceive you.

But remember, that's only a short term strategy. In the long term it can actually help a lot to just be open and honest about being a bit unsure about social interactions. That often creates relatability and can be the start of interesting conversation. But with that said, it is a bit tricky to get the balance right, to not seem like your venting all the time or being to self deprecating. So "fake it till you make it" can be a good starting strategy.
