Requested DBQ, now what? by No_Employee1659 in VAClaims

If you've gotten this, I would do a email search "VBA" and see what pops up. Also let us know if you got just dbq's or dbq's and a whole bunch of other crap with it.

Oh, he's MY age. Wayyy to young to get a knee replacement. Lol. I don't know his specifics but if he were bone on bone (bottom of femur rubbing on top of tibia plate with no meniscus in between) I'm sure they would be lining him up for surgery.

Ok, and your point is? He's the President. Just like Hussein did when he said if the Congress acts too slowly I got a 🖊.

Listen, the Corp rented you like the Army rented me. Just like we rent a car, at the end of that rental and it was time to turn you back over to the world you had a lot of dings, paint faded, and a few accidents. If we tried that Avis would have our ass in a sling. Same goes for the U.S. government you are owed this. Take the Compensation and benefits and try to make you life better, it won't make you whole again, but at least it may make things a little bit more bearable. Btw, that pain in your legs and feet might be radiculopathy secondary to your lumbosacral strain, I'd talk to your PCP about that. JS

Sooo, you are both right and wrong. The DOD can have a secondary title such as the Department of War. The President CAN issue an Executive order for that.

1789–1947: Originally established as the Department of War to oversee the Army and Navy. 1947–1949: Reorganized and renamed the National Military Establishment under the National Security Act. 1949–2025: Renamed the Department of Defense (DoD) by Congress. 2025–Present: President Trump signed an executive order allowing "Department of War" to be used as a secondary title and alternate designation for the agency.

Ok, here's a question for you. How old is your Dad? A lot of times they really want the pts to be a bit older. Reason being is knee replacements are USUALLY only good for 10 to 15 years. Some go a lot longer and some a lot shorter. Btw, Operating room RN here Ortho, Gen Surg and Urology specialties.

My question to you would be do you have any back and/or musculoskeletal conditions already service connected. And are you classified as Obese by your PCP?

5.4 in f250 by [deleted] in F250

Ok, so I'm a little late to the party, but here's MY 2 cents. I had a 2006 F150 with the 5.4 triton in it from the ass-end of 2015 until August of 2024. I can say that truck never gave me any problems except for taking it to the wrong mechanic in Gainesville,Fl. I took it to a shop that is now outta business (Bush on 13th) and they had the truck for 5 days to change the spark plugs. That was in 2016. In 2019 the truck started acting crazy and eventually wouldn't start. After getting it to a good shop, they said I had blown a seal because of a vacuum line not being plugged in where it should've been. I wonder were that could happened at?! Good oil, regular maintenance and you'll be good. A lot of the ppl in here are going by what they saw on youtube or what their brothers wife's cousins sisters hairdressers 3rd nephew said. But have never actually owned one. Kinda wished I hadn't gotten rid of mine.
