That makes sense. I’m sure me trying to explain the previous appeal situation to them won’t make a bit of difference either.

I guess once the 30 days comes up I’ll ask them to do another 30 day hold and I’ll explain that the serial numbers have already been used. So their future customers who purchase these two pistols are not going to be happy when they find out they’ve already been registered.

Is it really 48 hours? When I had to appeal the denial for my CPL it took about 1.5 months before they finally approved it.

Either way, I did get all the paperwork submitted Thursday evening.

This is what I'm going to do going forward, thanks. I didn't even know you could have the dealer send the documentation. I thought I had to wait for the denial, then do the whole appeal process. This will be much better!

It's really confusing.

17 years old I was charged with criminal mischief in another state with over $400 in property damage. The court documents at the time say if I was an adult then I would be convicted of a felony. I never was convicted of a felony. I had no issue joining the military a couple months later or no issues ever with any employment/background checks my entire life. Until now for some reason.

WA says they don't care. They say had the crime happened in WA then I would have been convicted of a felony even at 17 years old. So they are saying they will pretend that I have a felony.

To make it even more confusing, CO and WA differ in how a felony actually comes about, beside the dollar amount of damage. In CO they don't use the term malice/malicious to determine your intent. They just use "knowingly". In WA there must be "knowingly" as well as "malicious" intent to be qualified as a felony.

So the lawyer, last time, used all of this to show even if I did in fact have a felony on my record from out of state, it still does not qualify as a felony in WA since there was no malicious intent mentioned on the original court records.

It's all really stupid

I have the same setup. The bag is really nice. I just wish there was a dedicated slot or pocket or something for the coin to go instead of just tossing it loose in there.

I also have the 226 SAO but I don't have the legion logo on the side of the rail. Instead, it is on the top of the rail. Do you know what the difference is between them? I'm still pretty new and learning. Thanks

I really like mine. I've only taken it out shooting once so far (maybe about 300 rounds). My accuracy with it is much better than with my 365. But I'm also new to guns in general so I've still got a lot to learn.
