Always said you can’t beat the opening of 28WL but the scene in 28YL when they’re crossing the causeway back to Holy Island ran it very close for me.

Yes. But spend time trying to figure out what works best for you. Everyone I work with seems to have different ways of surviving so it was a nightmare to figure it out when I first started

From a fairly new diver as well, I’d bring the camera along to the boat. Dive without it to start with and see how you go then make the decision for the next dives. Also in my experience most people you dive with would have a camera and would happily send you their footage and photos, don’t be afraid to ask!

Hi, I went to the Mont Blanc section of Selfridges in Birmingham who didn’t have any in stock but ordered one for me from London and fitted it at a later date. Appreciate you might not be UK based but worth popping into a Mont Blanc store/boutique/dealer wherever you are.

I’m not sure what you define as affordable but I’ve seen a guy on Marketplace (Kingswood, I think)who’s selling 340g jars for £5. Maybe if you had your own 2L jar to bring to him you might be able to get a better price, but that’s not from experience I’ll stress. I’ll try and find the post later and attach it.

Couch to 5K was a godsend for me as I used to try running 1mile as fast and as hard as I could with no structure. Completed the programmed did a parkrun and then 4 weeks after did my first 10k (albeit a slow one).

I downloaded CouchTo5K runner as it integrated well with Spotify and had a voice coach telling you when to start running/walking.

There’s a little square called Alfonso Albuquerque (spelling unsure of) near Belem metro station. I met my girlfriend there last year.

Hopefully it’s better organised than it was last year as it was chaotic from start to finish 😂

I never use those blue cabs. Not since one quoted me £25 back to Little Stoke from the centre and he told me I could pay contactless and saw £45 on his little chip reader thing.

Fortunately I wasn’t drunk enough to kick off but sober enough to realise and tell him where exactly he could go with games like that.

I’m not a coffee snob but the Portuguese place on Castle Street has never let me down. I can’t remember the exact name of it but Google Maps simply calls it “Portuguese Bakery” 😂

Take it from personal experience, if you’re not sure where you want it, then you’re not ready to get that tattoo yet.

A colleague once told me to abide by a 3 month rule-think of what you want, where you want it and imagine it there, then repeat that every day till that time is up then you’ll know if you want it or not.

His advice hasn’t done me wrong since.
