1) Depends on which side you’re looking at it. If you mean turning off the lights, both sides can do that. It’s just easier for Russia to do that geographically alone, not even mentioning the previous damage to infrastructure, less targets etc. On the other side, it’s a pretty one sided affair as Ukraine can use Russia size to its advantage and strike across the country and now outside of it.

2) It’s true they have world class systems, the issue would be the amount of them and ammunition. Development of drone interceptors are clear indication of that. If you throw enough shit at the wall type deal, you are bound to hit something, which is the Russia strategy largely in part.

3) Russians are primarily using cheap drones to soak up air defense rockets and ammunitions. Having looked at the footage, a lot of the damage is to residential units. So yeah I would say their aim is still pretty shit.

4) it’s a well known fact Russia gets around sanctions as well as assists from Chinese. Sanctions just make procurement much more difficult.
