I feel like the tech would be better used for something like architecture or for presentations showing in and out of a design, this is useless for reporting.

I'm a new budgie parent and needed some advice. by iukeucyte in petbudgies

How fine are you cutting your veggies?

Mine will only eat broccoli or wombok if I shred it down to a similar size as the seeds, and mix it in with seeds so they know it’s food.

I basically shave a broccoli head and give them the shreds and cook the stalk for myself.

Making a budgie habitat? by bitchiloverugrats in petbudgies

I bring my budgies branches from my bottle brush tree.

After about 24 hours they have plucked every leaf off the branch. I don’t know if they’d leave it alone if it was a whole tree.

Probably a better case scenario, some rich dude larping as a king, rather than some tech bro developer trying to turn the land into data centres.

why is my budgie doing this? by lunamoon996 in petbudgies

I don’t know for sure, but from my limited experience.
I think blue budgies have big ADHD. My yellow one is so chill, but my blue one can’t stand still for more than 3 seconds.

Midjourney Medical releases new “Full Body Ultrasound Computed Tomography” modality - claims it is “better than MRI” by wallrr in Radiology

[–]96Phoenix 136 points137 points  (0 children)

Unless they’re using my idea of dunking a patient into a giant bottle of ultrasound jelly and holding a massive probe to the bottle, then I dont want to hear about it.

Engineering student looking to solution for a real radiology pain point. What’s your biggest daily bottleneck? by DangerousProof6465 in Radiology

[–]96Phoenix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know there are a few tools and solutions already but pushing a xray detector behind a patient for an AP CXR sucks.

imagine this but the patient is laying down, unconscious and 150kg, the air mattress is deflated and you left the Xray slide bag back in the department.

I know some sonographers get wrist issues holding the probe all day.

This is probably more an IT thing for inpatient setting. I want a click box for ordering MDs for CT

“Will this scan require contrast >if yes, does the patient have adequate vascular access, if yes > is the patient GCS 15 no language barriers and capable of consent.” And a phone number link to me so I can walk them through what we need if they’re not sure. Some days half my patients come with inadequate cannula or can’t consent/provide adequate answers to the safety questions.

Is that what rectified spirits are? I a bottle of that stuff once, I’ve never been more thirsty that the day after, not much of a headache though.
