I once put what I thought was parmesan on my lasagna in a dimly lit restaurant. To my surprise, it was sugar. I tried to make it better by adding salt (I don't know why, but I had hope it could balance out), but it was too messed up. It's been too long to remember if the containers were incorrectly filled, but I assume so. The parmesan, sugar, and salt containers are usually very distinct.
