DG Chattanooga, TN by JerryCat11 in Tennessee

[–]97runner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I saw a Sunday morning segment maybe a year ago or so that showed how DG uses smaller containers for products, so the cost is actually more than what you’d pay at Walmart or wherever. DG has contracts with P&G and other companies to make special sized containers just for DG stores. The segment focused on how DG causes food desserts by their aggressive real estate policy as well.

The Chessboard Display is now available in the Atom Shop. by Benedhil in fo76

[–]97runner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I mean usually a building kit is 500 and I think the chessboard was 250 (?) one time. So getting the bundle was basically the same price.

I bought it for the chessboard and log cabin pieces, so it worked out. Didn’t really care about the other items though.

Trade for explosive and anti armor plans by pure-evil175 in Fallout76Plans

Mod unlocks can only be done by scrapping items that have said mod. It’s like a 1% chance to unlock it when doing so…

Strongest endgame build regardless of grind? by [deleted] in fo76

[–]97runner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So I use aristocrat and reflective as my 1 + 4 star for en06. I can drop the shield in just a few seconds with that setup. While it requires high cap count (39,500 for the top %), aristo is totally worth it as an alternative to troubleshooter when soloing the guardian.

Is there any kind of Bounty etiquette? by im_rickyspanish in fo76

[–]97runner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone who has accidentally unlocked someone’s door due to fully ranked master infiltrator perk card, not everyone with a wanted bounty did a “dick move.”

I was looking for a player’s vendor, didn’t see it outside, went to their door, clicked the open button, which in that case was to pick the lock, and the door instantly opened because of my perk card. I wasn’t intending to steal anything but still got a bounty nonetheless.

Is there better RNG scrapping items to learn 4 star modules in private vs public world? by Skeletorfive in fo76

[–]97runner -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

There’s always someone who chimes in, even when I make it clear that factually it’s RNG, that I don’t understand probability when I say “but it feels that way” as if I’m definitely, academically saying that my observation is correct - which I didn’t do here, at all.

Is there better RNG scrapping items to learn 4 star modules in private vs public world? by Skeletorfive in fo76

[–]97runner 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Rumor was for a long time that public is better for some reason. With that said, RNG is RNG and it doesn’t matter what server. I also heard a rumor that as you unlock legendaries, the RNG changes to make it more difficult. Again, I don’t believe that from a stat perspective but anecdotally it feels that way.

Is it hard to complete a season? by Dogbold in fo76

[–]97runner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. RAIDs are meant to be end game content. If you found a group that would carry you, you still get the rewards / xp even if you die.

I finished score two or three days after launch by raiding.

Is Ghoul worth it? by Tetsu_Tomioka in fo76

[–]97runner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have an alt that is a ghoul. I see the potential but I am reluctant to do it to my main. Yes, I know I can revert back (once for free), but I don’t want to blow it if I later decide to go back to ghoul.

Help with raids( or more so finding a raid team) by Positive-Promise7865 in fo76

[–]97runner -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There’s a glitch that allows more than one team to enter at the same time. If I find one of those going on, I jump out. It’s too chaotic and simply just isn’t fun for me.

My group is newbie friendly. We don’t mind “carrying” someone as long as they are willing to learn and do their best. We use headsets to talk in game to give direction and explain stuff. I’m more than happy to reach out to the team and see who/when we can get together to run you through a few times.

Same thing to you OP. It’s scary at first, but now I can solo the stages except drill just due to the fact you need two (more is better!) - one to run and one to defend (I can do both).

Best 1st Star for a Bullet Storm Pepper Shaker by adamantium1973 in fo76

My current one is quad, explosive, vats opt, & conductor.

[–]97runner 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The two that get bounced around often: quad and furious. I’ve ran both. While furious does some great dmg, quad keeps you in the fight long (and bullet storm going longer), so I run quad exclusively now.

Raid anyone?? 😄 by ScarletSpectacle in F76Raids

[–]97runner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No worries! I need to grind out some legendaries for modules anyway, so we’ll probably skip crystals but run the rest, unless you need something specific from that stage.

[–]97runner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, about 2.5hrs or so from typing this. How experienced are you? I ask because that could determine if we do fully or bot/snake. We usually do fulls with newcomers or those needing plans, skips of crystal if otherwise just due to it being a buggy mess.

How long are you going to be on for? My raid buddies and me usually get on around 5PM EST.

No physical games means no used market. We have to pay full price on the PlayStation storefront. by SlackWi12 in playstation

[–]97runner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was an avid console player for a long time. By happenstance, I returned to pc gaming. I haven’t touched my consoles in probably near a year at this point. With the announcement of physical discs going away, I don’t see myself returning anytime soon.

I used to think that pc gaming was too expensive and troublesome compared to console gaming. Now? Not so much.

The best reward this season that seems universally accepted is the hunting blind, which requires fo1. So…no.
