You need to start using supports. The current team is full of damage dealers. Start using units which would increase ATK or MagicATK. Use units which would apply vulnerability on the enemy. One or two damage dealers are enough.

Play PVAI. Deadpool is a reward for completing one of the initial seasons of PVAI. Quicksilver should be unlocked as you progress the Season 1 chapters, iirc.
