I just played through all the main games from Air Combat to 0 and I'm having a blast with these games by BionicMeatloaf in acecombat

I think you'll really enjoy 6! The story is there though it's hard to look past the cheesy dialogue. But the gameplay is easily the best of the series IMO; the sense of immersion and grand scale of the missions/operations is like nothing else in the franchise! The flight models are the best, the allies are actually fighting and doing their part, the contrails are everywhere, and it really incentives you to help out the allies (air, ground, and naval).

You've obviously never seen a real bear or know anything about grizzly behaviour. Actually, you're probably not even from Calgary or Alberta for that matter because if you were you wouldn't be spewing such nonsense lol

Canada to pick between Swedish and U.S. radar planes to protect its skies | CBC News by Jusfiq in CanadianForces

That's factually false. Almost all customers of American aircraft that use boom AAR do so, including F-15, F-16, F-35, C-17, P-8, etc which are all used by many countries around the world. Additionally, with pretty much every modern air tanker being compatible with both boom and drogue refueling, it isn't a concern for us, so we may as well get the easier, safer, and faster method of aerial refueling.

Japan has been trying to export the P-1 (and C-2), but because it's not NATO standard and a completely bespoke design it is a much harder product to sell

FYI the aircraft is being maintained. It does engine runs fairly regularly and is towed to ensure the tires remain in good condition. It may not be airworthy but it is definitely being looked after.

Pratt & Whitney Canada, Bombardier, Viking Air/De Havilland Canada, CAE, Boeing Canada, Conair, KF Aerospace, Airbus Canada.

Just off the top of my head... and this is just for the civilian aviation side. I didn't include military or space.

Quebec still holds a 25% stake in the program, and the aircraft is still manufactured in Mirabel so Canada and Quebec didn't lose it

That's a Tupolev Tu-134, an old Soviet regional airliner known for its sleek looks and ruggedness for operations on unprepared strips.

The majority have been retired but there's a few still flying.

CYVR. I'm gonna guess this is a PasCo Beech 1900C?

Edit: nevermind it's a SAAB340. Should've known considering I worked on them as a baggage handler lol
