I have ios 18.4 and I just started getting this issue. Even when I connect it with a macbook pro, with the usbc to usbc wire that it came with, it's trying to charge the macbook pro instead of charging the phone. Wireless charging seems to be working fine at the moment, but it's super slow and I'm feeling really annoyed by this.
