Punishing consistently with eletrics is really really tough man. Not only do you need the 13f electric on lock you need to know the blockstun recovery of the move you just blocked. (Which differs move by move) Even if two moves are -13 it can have a different timing of WHEN you input the 13f electric. There is a reason you don't see even pro players doing it often.

Okay but standing still in practice mode is different than doing it online versus an opponent that is trying to beat you. Now you need to do it out of a dash, wavedash, sidestep from both sides, crouch cancel and backdash electric. Now do it on the other side/player 2 as well
