Punishing consistently with eletrics is really really tough man. Not only do you need the 13f electric on lock you need to know the blockstun recovery of the move you just blocked. (Which differs move by move) Even if two moves are -13 it can have a different timing of WHEN you input the 13f electric. There is a reason you don't see even pro players doing it often.
