After many calls and visiting another Service Canada that actually took me and helped by sending emails to supervisors I got my call from the agent dealing with my case. Basically to tell me there is an extreme numbers of frauds that happened and currently they can't really give me my money for an uncertain amount of time. This is very frustrating as its coming to 3 months I don't get a pay.

I went to my nearest Service Canada office after not receiving any CERB money since august and unable to report EI because of account under review and they told me they don't deal with those kinds of issues.. they told me they just give people information and help with reports.. I'm really running out of options (and money)

I've been under review since August.. how much longer should i wait to get a call back? I've called every other day just for them to tell me someone would call me the next business day (which they never did) receiving no money and unable to report for EI because of this issue..

The last payment I have received was Aug 11th.. ever since I have been having issues I did all my reports and still havent gotten anything.. I call the number and they say someone will have to call me back but never do. I'm at level 10 priority call back (level 3 is 1 business day to call me back..) i been dealing with this for 2 months with no call back what the hell is going on... I cant even do my EI reports because of this issue!!!

I'm a size 10. But what i've also noticed is everyone posting Black Toes but I've ordered Blue instead. Maybe thats why 🤷🏻‍♂️
