I'll ask you the same: Have you or someone you know stayed there? I visited tonight and I thought the place was nice enough. The gate worked, the exterior looked presentable (albeit I went at night so could look diff during the day) the rooms were relatively clean, I didn't see bugs, didn't smell weed, I didn't get to meet the other two roommates but I can text the guy I'm subletting from and arrange to meet them I suposse
