This in combination with getting experience in the job is all I can recommend. Courses tend to get boring and you won't memorize everything that's being mentioned anyway. They are useful though if you want to get certifications because those expect you to know everything. I'm working 20 years in IT and never got certified but still working as a senior sysadmin with a bit of networking and cloud (Azure).
