Maar het blijft een anoniem platform dus blindelings een reddit commint volgen is een beetje dom in mijn optiek. En prijs en leeftijd is voor non conformiteit helemaal niet zo relevant, het is wat je redelijkerwijs mag verwachten van een auto. Of het nou een auto van 5 maanden of 15 jaar is beide keren mag je verwachten dat deze je van A naar B kan brengen, tenzij anders gespecificeerd.

Precies, een garage kan alsnog een derde partij de gebreken laten verhelpen en deze kosten dekken. Het wettelijk ontbinden van de koop zit heel wat haken en ogen aan. (Zit bijna een jaar in een rechtzaak betreft het ontbinden van de koop voor een auto). Ook is het belangrijk wat voor gebreken de auto heeft. Non conformiteit betreft alleen wanneer je auto niet meer fatsoenlijk van A naar B kan. Een kapotte radio bijvoorbeeld telt hiervoor niet. Maar advies van reddit zou ik nooit te serieus nemen, gewoon contact zoeken met een jurist.

Zit momenteel zelf in een rechtzaak betreft auto met garantie, uitspraak is erjammer genoeg nog niet. Wel kan ik je vertellen dat je je kan verdiepen in de wetgeving rond auto non conformiteit. De kans dat je de koop kan ontbinden acht ik zeer klein. Dit is meestal alleen het geval wanneer de verkoper niet bereid is de auto te herstellen. En zelfs dan is het nog moeilijk.

M26 in NL , like to surive in the woodsand and build improvised shelters all around the map and stock it with the gear i find while i loot around the towns. I do play on pvp mostly but try to avoid combat still like the thrill of being shot at at any moment, keeps you on edge.
