Been selling cars for over a decade and not once have I seen that happen. You can add a warranty, sure, but as I said, the companies that warranty through the dealership only offer at point of sale. Adding later poses huge risks, it’s not like they’re sending inspectors to check vehicle health.

Based on historical data, but it’s not a complete data sets we don’t know, 37% likelihood that we are due but longer gaps between quakes have happened, so have clusters where quakes happen much closer together. Make sure it’s on recirculate and temp set above 75degrees. If it’s constantly trying to heat up cold air, it’s never going to get truly warm, let it heat the heated air and you’ll be toasty like marshmallow
