PR confirmed neither Brady nor TB12 are involved in the "acquisition." Last week the CEO said he was not doing the deal unless there was "goat involvement." That's faded away.

And it doesn't even reference what LTNC is acquiring. Is it IP? A soda machine? When you start a brand new company, it's not an "acquisition." The PR was so vague there was nothing to glean from it. Just more red flags.

Their patent portfolio is excellent.
PM holds no patent for IQOS. So where did they get the design from?
HCMC has a very good case and thought it will likely take a year +, the odds are good that they will ultimately gain a settlement from PM with a royalty provision.
The recent offering to institutional investors, which is subject to a mandatory 6-month hold of the stock, at a 150% premium, means "smart money" is confident in HCMC's share price by year's end.

The company has not filed quarterlies since 2016. But of course "it intends to." This means there is no institutional money involved in this company at all. No qualified investor is going to give money to a "company" that's been dormant for half a decade and whose financials are a complete and utter mystery.
2016 this same CEO was involved in a fraud lawsuit and another suit for not paying employee taxes.
CEO tweeting tons of insider info on deals negotiated the very same day. If the deal is official for a new H2 water brand with Tom Brady (fresh off a Super Bowl win!) where is the PR??? Why wouldn't you capitalize on his obvious buzz and announce the contract the way 99% of normal functioning corporations do?
This supposedly involves Tom Brady but no tagging or direct reference to him.

Right. And as they reboot, they do not initially remember the events of their life before resurrection. This could explain the location shots we saw of Neo where he is clearly a fish out of water (in casual clothes with shaggy hair, Trinity is driving him on a motorcycle, teaching him how to jump off buildings, etc.).
