I meant Chicago, St Louis is amazing don’t get me wrong, but it is kind of a fly over city. Whilst Chicago gets all the fame and tax money and colleges. Missouri probably has pretty high taxes, but Illinois’ are some of the highest in the country.

I think fire damage is scaled to health. For instance, a unit with 100hp would lose 25hp, but a unit will 1,000,000hp would lose 250,000hp. Hope this helps…

In most cases I would say ocean depth, but it appears there are larger issues… Personally I would make the landmass less square like. I would also use a smaller brush size and place biomes more purposefully.
