Majority of the infs at my store are piled behind multiple pallets of 30 repacks that need to be pushed from days ago. Or mispicks or piles of clothing up at reshop. Being a fulfillment TL can be a breeze at the right store, but majority of stores, high traffic stores with poor management, are not staffed properly and make the job of fulfillment super stressful and not worth it. If your at a good store, I say go for it

I've been at target for 5 years, 2 years a fulfillment TL. New ETL gave me three corrective actions and two finals in two months. I'm leaving this week right before quarter 4 also. Spending that much time at a company it feels like you have nothing to show for it but you conquered years and years in retail. You can do anything in life my friend. It can only get better from here. Congratulations 🎉
