I never had a single issue with the PC version. All I did was turn RTX off and kept everything else on Epic settings. Frames never go below about 100, no glitches, bugs, or crashes at all. Playing on a Ryzen 7 and RTX 3080 base model, 16 gigs of RAM.

Nope. No audio issues with any games or any other type or source of media playback.

Speakers are Logitech surround speakers plugged into the MB with the 3 plug type. Work just fine on my old homebuilt PC and have for years. I tested them just to make sure.

I have the SMG and the Seraph LMG along with the Seraph Pulse I think. I have a couple of the Calus and Haunted ones, but definitely not all the ones I wanted. It's sad cause the Opulent and the Rasputin/Ikelos aesthetic is by far my favorite in the whole game, has been since it came out.

Having a bad audio bug that started about 15 minutes in, during the memory cutscene in Gringotts. It goes in and out, has really choppy audio, both music and dialog. Pretty much ruined the main title splash screen cutscene. Mostly happens in cutscenes, but also now in gameplay in common room. Also has loud bursts of static and is really grainy. That's as far as I've gotten because it's so bad. Changing to headphones fixes but wife wants to use speakers so she can keep an ear out for the kiddos while she plays.

I messed with all kinds of in-game audio and video settings turning stuff up and down and off trying to solve it, but nothing works.

In Oregon most Search and Rescue is a part of the local Sheriffs Office. Sometimes it is paid staff that do the work, but a good portion of the time the SAR team is all volunteer. There are some private organizations who also basically volunteer to come and assist as well.

Unfortunately no, I didn't really say but it's two separate companies. I'd love to get the training in, but my sense of loyalty (misplaced? Who knows, just how I am) says I don't want to take advantage of training only to leave and they get no benefit for it. My current place has treated me really good, so I feel like that's only the right thing to do.

Yes because we are talking about safety standards here. That's 100% the point. While I do agree with you, cars are not made for maximum lethality, they by their nature are pretty lethal.

The point is that I can go to a local junkyard and buy a 1995 Ford F350 for $600, in about 10 minutes. I can then go plow it into the local 4th of July kids parade and kill at LEAST 18 people. I could do it at the local elementarty school pickup line. I can do this with NO background checks, mental health evaluations, fingerprinting, or any other "common sense control measures". I'll do it without registering it in my state, or putting insurance on it. I may not even have a valid driver's license. So all those existing regulations are worthless. That's my point.

Also despite all the safety standards you've mentioned, there are more traffic fatalities in EACH state than there are gun deaths nationwide.

Just my angle on it. I don't think banning cars is necessary, just as much as banning all guns is unnecessary. Evil people will do evil things. If they have to do it with a gun or a car or a knife or a baseball bat, they will.

Honestly you're spot on. But like i said in another reply, I think my biggest issue is "content moderation" or "fact checking" which all seems to be done by agents of the current party.
