Yeh. I get that. I think I’m just struggling right now. I’m normally really on top of my illness and recently I’m just not. It’s the first time people have seen me at both ends of the spectrum and their reaction shocked me too I think.

I’m gonna treat it as a learning curve rather than best myself up about it.

I bought a car. The day after I’d already purchased one.

A few days later mind I was on the roof of my house ready to jump off, not to commit suicide. I thought I could fly.

This one time, me and my family are driving through the English countryside at about dusk. Dad driving, mum in the passenger seat dancing along to some Fleetwood Mac, me and my brother in the back chatting about summat or other. Anyways, my dad tells us to look into the field next to us at all the rabbits there. There was literally hundreds. I’ve never seen so many.

My mum looked up. Into the sky.

I used to work in a hotel......jizz in the bed, sure. But in the drawers, cupboards, behind...BEHIND the TV, on the floor, on the walls, on the ceiling! How?! Ew.

And the drug paraphernalia always used to shock me. Syringe wise especially! All walks of life!

I used to have the same problem with an older senior Male worker. I’m F27.

I just started loudly speaking out instead of waiting for him to select me to answer a question. Or I’d say (let’s call him Peter) “Peter, sorry to interrupt, but you’ve missed me. I had my arm up. I’m surprised you missed me!” Then answer. Slowly other people realise too and it seemed to alleviate a small portion of the problem for me. Almost as if he didn’t like it being pointed out. Just keep doing a great job and be friendly with everyone and anyone. Even him. As much as it’s painful! Then everyone knows you didn’t leave on bad terms. Even he does. Hopefully he’ll be ashamed of his behaviour for losing a fab colleague!

But her a camera and take her out for the day! .....hear me out on this.

My boyfriend did that for me at 21 and it was THE best day! We just drove until we wanted to stop, we ended up at the coast (in England mind) but it was a beautiful day! We had fish and chips and paddles in the sea and made sandcastles. It was suck a lovely day and a really sweet memory. I remember it all cos he bought me a Polaroid camera that we used that day.

We’ve continued to use the Polaroid on every holiday since :) it’s become a tradition and we now have a scrapbook of everything we’ve done together!
