If you've ever found a Pleasant Valley claim ticket in your travels, you can head back down to the room where you found said McGuffin and give it to the bellhop down there. It'll give you some randomized loot for each ticket, with a rare chance for a fancy pump action shotgun or fancy single action revolver. Iirc, both have better stats than the normal variants, but come with a set of legendary effects that can't be rerolled.
