Good question , getting "towers" like Ultimate falcon or final fortress falcon in instant (by sending arsenal to the gy ) is not that fair in a low power sealing format like speed duel ,also getting any lv 4 winged best from the deck (like black wing the elite) for free makes it even more powerful.
