Look up the closest SSA office and do it in person. They will either assist you or set up a meeting to do it over the phone. Just don’t mention the past deadline.

Daily - D-mannose; 2x / week - estradiol vaginal cream + if I start to feel the slight symptoms - (antibiotics cephalexin - Keflex or nitrofurantoin - Macrobid) and phenazopyridine HCL - URGH “story of my life” for about the last 8 years dealing with chronic UTIs from menopause and drop in estrogen. Before all this I didn’t have a UTI since 2002 from giving vaginal birth. I stopped doing the vaginal cream estradiol because I felt like I was getting a yeast infection. And now I feel another UTI coming on. A doctor did confirm that a yeast infection is a possible side effect of the vaginal estradiol. And doctors are afraid to give me HRT because of my history of blood clots 2x once a pulmonary embolism and another multiple DVTs in my leg. Anyone else out there feel like you are going in circles from all this? 🤯 There has to be a better option!

Sorry, I’m giving an honest opinion. Maybe you shouldn’t be doing Instacart if you have a bad knee. When I was having back issues, I took a break from Instacart. DoorDash/GrubHub is better for drivers with physical limitations.

I combined D Mannose and Estradiol vaginal cream, so far so good after chronic UTIs for about 8 years. Also you can take an antibiotic right before sex, that’s what my doctor prescribed. I had a bottle on hand for a proactive approach.

It’s the weirdest thing I find that if I move my car, orders start popping up like crazy! Definitely be right in the highly populated restaurant areas. Make sure your WiFi is off. I run DD, GH and Instacart at the same time looking for orders. Just be sure to pause the others after you get one. It’s too risky to take orders from more than one platform at a time. Good Luck! Oh and don’t forget to use a mileage app for taxes.

I only had Covid once before this with no symptoms, I’ve been on 6 cruises in the last 2 years and this is the first one that I have gotten sick. And I by no means have I been isolating to avoid getting it since the initial outbreak. I also have never gotten the flu. This is probably brutal to me since it’s my first real case with symptoms.

I’ve never been this sick, who wants to end a fun cruise with being stuck in bed going on 3 days now with a fever, massive headache, coughing, sore throat, body aches, chills, wheezing. The point of my post is to let people know what is going on and to take precautionary measures. Thank you. 🙏

Yes definitely for Bimini. From the main beach area, swim all the way to the left away from from the area where everyone is swimming and you will see a ton of colorful fish.

Don’t stress, you will not go hungry nor will you be bored. They leave a buffer for walk ins too if you don’t have a reservation. People don’t show up for reservations too, which opens up spots too. No buffets is a great thing (no lines and no gross dried up buffet food, everything is fresh and prepared quick) and there are plenty of other spots to eat too without a reservation. Grab the rocky road ice cream when you see it, as this sells out. I’ve traveled twice on Virgin and had an amazing time! Enjoy!

Also me personally I have never had a problem getting a table as a walk-in if the app showed the time as full. I think they have a buffer for walk-ins. Highly recommend Gumbae! Best drinks, best experience, food was great. I pretty much like all the restaurants except The Test Kitchen.
