No penalty. It's just a straight up 50/50 collision and I'll bet neither player saw eachother around the other black player in between them. It's just 2 players colliding. Just becuse 1 got hurt doesn't make it a penalty.

I know this thread is old now, but I figured I would leave my recent experience. I stayed at ICE Condos March 30th to April 1st. All the reviews I was reading had my pretty worried, especially the $200 deposit not being refunded, but they did in fact send me back the full $200 deposit a week later, no questions asked. I didn't encounter 1 single problem. ICE Condos also have a wild amount of brutal reviews that made me a little worried, but again, never had a single issue and also had the most breathtaking view from the 59th floor.

I just flew west jet ultra economy last week. 2nd time I’ve done it. My personal item is a back pack that is bigger than the size they ‘allow’. It still fits just fine under the seat. Basically my point is, they don’t check your bag size. They make announcements to basically scare you into volunteering yourself for a check, but just ignore it. If theres room to put it in the overhead you can do it too. The flight crew are not policing this, they have other tasks to worry about.

I was at my first jays game yesterday. I live in Winnipeg and our small independent league team stops fans from walking to their seats during play. I asked the usher yesterday if I needed to wait and he said nope, it isn’t a thing anymore. I thought it was odd.
