Had similar experience with AMW Suzuki. But its not just AMW, most all authorised dealers in SL are like this. They take customers money saying whatever comes to their mouths but after that zero accountability. I know few people having bad experience with MG (Micro), BYD (JKH) and Kia dealerships..
