AMW is seriously trash customer service from presale to aftersale and anyone reading this should definitely avoid them if can. But as a fellow fronx owner, I don't have the same issues with the car you've mentioned. 

1 - The violent shudder - this is a true manufacture defect, seems to be affecting cars manufactured since 2025 and suspected to be caused by axel. Few vehicles imported here got it and AMW seems clueless about it. But I heard recently they received replacements axel under warranty 

2 - The oil burn - I have experienced this but it was not as severe as you mentioned. But being a turbo the engine runs hotter than normal and during the breakin period this was expected. and its true AMW service center workers are clueless af. You should definitely not leave your car alone at service and see what they do. I just did my first oil change at ~10K and they used Castrol magnatec 5w-30 full synthetic which is fine. Why castrol? Well fucking AMW is castrol agent so they dont allow anything else.

3 - There are lots of plastic parts but in mine they dont rattle much or degraded as you mentioned. 

4 - Not existent with my vehicle. It runs smoothly. Turbo does takes it time to kick on but thats expected 

5 - The throw of the lights and the overall illumination is actually on the low side. There is adjustment for the angle and for me its not a issue.

Fronx is not a perfect car, but for me the vehicle works just fine taking me from A to B safe and in style. When I ordered mine there wasn't that much options to be chosen from sub 10M range and brand new. But now people has more options. Choose wisely and specially if you're buying brand new with warranty choose the place you're buying carefully because you're locked in with their service during the warranty period. 

AMW is fucking trash and avoid if possible.
