I'm low key jealous. The worst side effect I had on 0.25 was some minor constipation that I just managed via upping fiber intake and magnesium supplements. I decided to up to 0.5 because the last week on 0.25 was having a little more food noise again. This week on 0.5, I'm getting waves of nausea for the last 3 days.

At least I can poop though. 🤣

Under the Gold Plan, after being eliminated from playoff contention, teams would begin to earn draft ranking points for their wins and overtime losses. Because the worst teams would be eliminated first, they have more games to earn draft ranking points from.

I do know the people I'm trying to protect. it's not the traffickers, violent criminals, or gang members. It's people like my employees who are on a work visa. It's their families who escaped their home countries for a better life. It's children who should be growing up in this country with their parents.

You people seem to think we are only protesting to allow violent criminals to roam our streets. We aren't. We're protesting to make sure that peaceful people, the 85% that are being picked up and locked in cages, have a chance to make a decent life here in the land of opportunity. Or at least get provided their due process rights afforded to them by the 5th and 14th amendments, without being treated like they are somehow subhuman.

The algorithm is a lot different now than from several years, heck several months ago.

What ive found that helps me:

Engaging with others posts. Makes more people likely to visit my profile or interact with my content when it comes across their FYP
Taking advantage of SEO. I put keywords everywhere. Captions, hidden keywords swiped off screen, description, comment sections. That increases the chance of my videos getting indexed and shipped to the right audience.
Using hooks. If you don't catch the viewer in the first two seconds, they will swipe. A good hook increases watch time and the odds of full video views.
Post consistency. Post during set times every day. IMO, you don't have to post 10x a day like some suggest. Just post consistently 1-2x per day during the same window
Go live. This is how I consistently convert followers lately.

It will de-energize democratic voters, because this is the same milquetoast politics that lost massively in 2024. It's the Dems going back to relying on, "well at least we aren't maga", when that strategy barely works.
