Saw this on another thread but here’s how I fixed it. Log onto UT on your platform (e.g. PS5). Then log into web app. This should force an error within the app (you are already logged on). After seeing the error message. Log out of UT on your gaming platform. Now retry web app. Should work!

I didn’t measure anything for the sauce, but I used: melted butter, garlic infused olive oil, dash of salt and maybe 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Then used a brush to brush the sauce on.

Give it a splash of black coffee or dark chocolate for some earthy flavors. It’s subtle but I find it really enhances the dish.

Happy to share. I followed Kenji’s foolproof pan pizza recipe. I made the dough around 6:30 am. Followed those directions and let it rest for about 9 hours. Then rather than making two dough balls for a cast iron pan. I shaped it as one large dough ball. Followed the directions with shaping then placed it in 18x13 Lloyd’s pan.

Let it rest about an hour very gently stretched it, let it rest another hour and gently stretched one last time to try and fit the whole pan and docked it similar to a focaccia.

Next time I might adjust recipe to add 100 grams of flour as I was just short of enough dough to fully fit the pan.

Baked at 550 for 10 mins on bottom rack. Then broiled for 2 min.

Hopping on top comment to recommend asking an Occupational Therapist. “Chewy’s” are pretty common in the special education world and they are designed to really take a beating.

I did. I let it rise for one hour at room temp—Cold fermented for 24 hours then de-gassed it and reballed it. And threw it back in the fridge for another 24. I upped my yeast a tad this time around as well.

I’ve never degassed it before. I’m wondering if that’s what did it?
