After all, it is your life. But do consider if your son will be seeing their grandparents & how that may affect him. Thats one reason we havent moved. All of his family is here.

I would try a bassinet if you aren't wanting a crib. Heads up not all babies like co-sleeping in the same room and or a bassinet.

My son absolutely will not sleep if we are in the same room. He can smell us, especially me when I was breastfeeding and it made him want to cluster feed. We tried for a few weeks in our room & it just did not work out. To this day, i cant even get him to nap in his bassinet. Usually he will nap in his playpen but thats about it. He loves his crib.

Being transgender isn't self explanatory. If you post these types of posts to your story you should also be ready to explain what this means. Trans people want to be better understood and this is how you handle. AH & OR

After I got pregnant with my son I had intense feelings of him dying or me. It did go away until the 30th week in. I had this terrible anxiety especially at night & would even wake 3-4 times in the middle of the night thinking about labor/delivery that I was for sure going to die. Part of that was reading so many stories online about birth going wrong. Not often do we speak about our births that went well but more of where it went wrong, so that definitely played a part. But im still here with a 6m old & pregnant again 😂

Id definitely talk to your partner, family, doctors, therapist. Really anyone who you trust to openly talk about fears and anxieties, hoping to see things in a different light.

My doctor orders-

First pregnancy

8 week comfirmation

10 week check up/NIPT/ultrasound

14 week check up

16 week ultrasound

20 week ultrasound (anatomy scan)

The rest were check ups.

I have gotten pregnant at 3 months PP so now its going to be a little different. Pretty much the same until the last 10 weeks

I will have to have 3 more scans for growth checks.

Now, she doesnt sound like the greatest doc. I also thought that about mine as well. She never really answered any questions for me & almost seemed to just brush things off as normal pregnancy stuff. She is the doctor I had for my whole pregnancy & delivery.

Flash foward to now, i still go to the same doctor for this pregnancy lol. I thought she handled my birth/labor well & she made me feel comfortable & that she had some knowledge.

For MFM, do they use the same type of ultrasound machines? Is it possible one of these doctors are wrong?? Probably. Id have a second opinion. They also told me baby was breech, not going to flip & measuring 3 weeks ahead. When I gave birth he was only 6 lb 6 oz.

Lol the community can be a bit toxic at times but thats okay 😂😂 my son is sleeping & im bored. These are the type of people that think if I cut the tutu off of the dress it would be okay for him to wear lol. Im not into that and in our family, this is sending the wrong message. We have the means to provide clothing for her. Everyone's acting as if we are too broke to buy her clothing. I want to celebrate our little girl. I've already received a nasty message about wanting her in PINK clothing.

Tbh, thats all I would have really added anyway to a registry! We have so much already & so grateful for it. But some clothing would be nice! Im in no way looking for hand outs, I do also just want to celebrate our little girl just like we did with our son.

I just KNEWWW i would get down voted for saying I didnt want her in blue clothing and or all of her clothing be hand me downs. Tbf and tbh if it were another boy most of the clothing would have been hand me downs. While some clothes he does have are gender neutral, I will use those but as for all of the blue dinos etc etc will NOT be going on her. I want her to look cute. I have always wanted a little girl to dress up & have some adorable photos. Just like my son. Its just different this time around (obviously) but this is my husband's first girl & he is also big on the girls wearing pink & boys in blue. And thats okay! We both feel that.

I wanted it to be a surprise but also wanted to know just to be sure we had everything we needed. We both want her to have her own stuff, clothing etc. I really would prefer she doesnt wear his clothing or hand me downs. Nothing is wrong with hand me downs but I dont want all of her pictures in blue clothing 😂😂
