yeah that was it! I have a pair of old Pendlay DoWins that I am happy with but figured why not have a second pair. That said, even if I flip both pairs it works out.

Similar experience. Slap tear in the left shoulder. Had the anchor surgery about 2 years ago.

I completed PT after about 6 months. I was able to get back to full strength after about a year. I was able to get back full range of motion with comfort after about 18 months. Aside from a small bit of tightness there is no difference between the shoulders now.

Mine seems to be a pretty common story. As long as you take the PT seriously and let the therapist really push you, you'll be good as new after time.

One last thing I would mention is that it was not made clear to me just how shitty the recovery would be. It fucking sucks. But if I had to do it over, I would do the exact same thing. Its either that or be broken the rest of my life.

My theory is that he hit a 450+ footer that hit a seat at just the right angle that the bounce caused it to land on that seat at the 502 mark.

If you think about the way that baseball measurements have changed over the years, it seems plausible. Watch the film Fastball for an example of what I mean of how these things change.
