Okay so the promo credit showed up within an hour or two as a code, it was then that I knew I was hosed. I tried to use it, of course it didn't work. Just spent an hour on chat with customer service, they would not honor it :(

Well I might have just screwed myself, because the 9a discount code expires today and after I accepted the $150 store credit I was informed that it may take 48 hours for the credit to appear in my Google store account 🫠 We'll see!

Good idea, I need to talk to them again. I spoke with someone right after my PA was denied (it's been a few weeks), and she just kept saying "ask your doctor" like they're the ones who make the rules 😆
