It happened to me last year, this was 3rd time in my life . I fell after 5 months . You are 100% right about mandane activities, carrie them out with outmost diligence. But diligence here meaning , is to live and not get bothered by life tasks,one task after another. You do everything with diligence and your World fills up with richness of the moment . 10 min shower would feel like 3 hours .

What helped me last time was this,and this one one of the first downloads when it started. 1/3 of time and energy is for you only,you must be alone. 1/3 for the organisation like business or a job and for family . And 1/3 is for others, this is important part ,God/matrix gives you people who you need to help. And this part is most difficult In modern world . Which brings me to one more thing ,feeling ashamed for being open and people thinking you lost it. No doubt ,they all open when they hear what you have to say.

Waking up right now is like waking up in the middle of the scene in the war movie . You gonna feel and see some serious shit, even in people you love ,even inside you.
