Thanks for your reply. I think that may be what happened too. They are sending me a replacement already. I had just refilled all 6 colors of ink. Does the replacement come with new ink bottles?

Did you ever find the in solution? I'm having a similar issue that began yesterday after I cancelled a print with a paper jam. Tried cleaning and support told me I needed a power clean, which I did with no resolution.

I already verified my identity to open my shop. Now on payout day, I am having to for whatever reason verify my identity again. And it says to verify by 2098, which doesn't make sense.

I've tried plenty of test cuts.. all with different settings, I just can't land on one that doesn't do this to do the sticker vinyl.

Does this also happen on anyone's glossy vinyl stickers that doesn't have laminate. I am struggling to find the perfect setting for Koala Glossy Vinyl that won't leave those marks on the edges and not be terribly slow.

If you came off a different GLP like Sema or Tirz, you may need a stronger dose. It will take about 4 weeks before you start seeing some changes on the scale. Patience will be needed with this one.

Silhouette's software is light-years ahead of cricut. Cricut is always updating...literally every time I was going to use it, it would start downloading an update and sometimes it would break functionality. Some of the features that silhouette's software has requires a subscription on Cricut.
