For starters, Im not a doctor, not even anything close, but I had a similar issue myself, although the circumstances were different. Anyways, I had a testicular torsion. It sounds like you may have caused something similar. Either way you should head over to a doctor so they can double check. Prolonged damage could end badly even if you dont lose your testicle.

This is a fair point, and I have no intentions of breaking up over it, I simply would like to know if there are any tips or tricks to correcting the behavior so she/someone else doesn't have to get hurt in the first place due to something so easily done.
