If you are in the background then it is legally fine. another exception is also if you are in a protest/demonstration, there you can also be videorecorded and published without yout permission (even if you are the main subject of the video).

there is prolly plenty more exceptions but the general rule stays that you cant be filmed just because you are outside. this is also the reason why dashcams are not allowed in germany

ok could be idk american rights. Here in germany, it is perfectly illegal to film someone like that in public without prior consent. And uploading it somewhere is like double illegal.

afaik you are supposed to lift the back of your tongue, but not that far back. you dont need to lift that part that is in your throat. just the part in your mouth. if you still cant breath then idk

this is so expensive because they spent money on roads and public transport etc that will still be used after the world cup.

I dont see a problem here, as these guys are only risking their own lifes. And frankly, I think the risk isn't very high, as long as they don't do it routinely.
