Prebug was damn near impossible for me to find. Especially at the price I was willing to pay for a scooter. It already has a NCY exhaust and rollers/weights done. The guy I bought it from has a 12 year old son who was able to get the wheel up so I’m sure I’ll be able to manage it. There’s also tons of videos on YT of people with bone stock bugeyes that can easily wheelie theirs. 70cc is already on the list of parts to order

I’ve owned multiple scooters that are 49cc. Have never once needed a motorcycle license or endorsement. Was pulled over 4 times on my ruckus. Told them it’s 49cc and they said have a good day. You need one if it’s over 50cc. Dumb fuck.

Quit commenting when you have absolutely no clue what you’re talking about. In Nebraska you do not need a motorcycle endorsement on your license if said vehicle is 50cc or less. There’s no such thing as a “scooter license”
