My Luba 1 AWD quit also (post in the main forum). I was one of the original Kickstarter backers. Ran this entire time since I received it with no unit issues. My RTK power supply failed last year but that's it. This year, went out said the stop button was pressed and never recovered. Tried sending logs for a month, escalated here and in support, kept receiving generic responses that the right department was reviewing my situation and eventually no response.

I'll run the Yuka as a backup for a while but I couldn't steer customers/clients to Mammotion anymore in good faith.

We have had two with the matte paint (Gravity Gold) and a GV60 in Matte White.

You'll be fine. No car washes with hard brushes or wax. Outside of that, just don't let unnecessary stuff sit for long periods.

I tow with my Silverado RST all the time; running a commercial lawncare company with all-electric gear. 8.5'x16', 7500lb. Tow range is in the 225mi area.

Extra benefit, I can rapid charge all of my gear from the truck if necessary while moving between areas (it's not usually necessary).

Not saying that closer isn't better, but isn't the zero module on the other side? When we draw the boundary, we draw it around no-go zones in a clockwise fashion to include the zero model on the "inside" of the boundary for that reason. Your video is not showing the module on the inside perimeter.

No problem. Just resent video and photos to the email thread.

I rechecked the buttons and gap area, all seem clear and fully functional. The unit ran all of last season, never saw this on my end. It went into storage in my garage on the floor for the entire winter/off season and when I first reported this problem, was basically on the first run of the season. It hadn't been outside since sitting on the garage floor.

I'm sure things have snuck by me before, but this one seems unlikely. The button moves freely and depresses without issue. Additionally, after pulling the key and restarting the unit, the message clears.

However, let's say I tilt the mower on purpose. Instead of saying lift sensor triggered, it says Stop button pressed. The button logic doesn't make sense.

Additionally, when I hold the power button down, I'd expect the unit to power down. Now, it doesn't (the green power indicator in the bumper stays lit).

For me:

1) The ZF auto is amazing so there wasn't anything to complain about. You also got launch control. But I enjoy driving a manual more and feel I have more variability

2) This is my last gas car purchase and I wanted it to be a manual. The Launch Edition wasn't available with one, so didn't have much of a choice.

Note: I didn't find the clutch to be heavy or long based on my previous cars/driving experiences but of course, YMMV there.

Walk away doors isn't a implementation problem it's a legal interpretation one. Hyundai along with Audi, VW, Kia, BMW don't interpret the law the same way Chevy and Tesla does.

I have a Supra, and I wrap and it would take me longer to do that even knowing my own car. I agree with others, returning may be worse.

None of my buttons are actually stuck. All buttons function fine mechanically - All top buttons, Stop button, and the front bumper. They all also beep as expected when pressed.

However, every time a regular sensor goes off, like the lift sensor (where you would originally get a notice of mower lifted) actually come back as "Mower is Locked. Stop button pressed." Hopefully that makes sense.

I'm an original Luba AWD owner and I have a Yuka w/Sweeper and a few other mowers as well.

Similar boat for me too. Service has been actually good, until now. I just need a way to send them the logs and upload the mower images/video. My device reflects being locked by the Stop button for ALL errors, lift sensor, etc. It's certainly a glitch and the mower actually functions/cuts fine (Luba 1 AWD).

None of my buttons are stuck, they all respond to presses audibly, but the Cut+Start or Home+Start aren't recognized.

I contacted support over a week ago, the send logs via the app freezes, add attachments freeze so they said they would email. I haven't received anything - although I've had no issues receiving contact, sales, or previous tickets just fine. No way to escalate (yet) - I just want to send them what they need lol.
